⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Twelve stayed in elderberry hall and we were all comfortable and didn’t at any point feel on top of each other. The house itself was clean and tidy, with the kitchen full of every utensil necessary. The bar and games room were an ideal space again very clean and well kept. Loads of parking and a corner shop a short walk away. Bathrooms very modern with lots of towels and bath mats. The bedrooms were very spacious, and all with good amounts of shelves and storage allowing us to unpack and feel at home. We really couldn’t recommend this house enough for families. Samatha gave very clear instructions on how to get in and the times i did contact she got back very quickly.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The appartement is nice and  clean. 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Its location is good with in a calm area with a short walk to the city centre. Also close is a small supermarket. The host is very responsive and helpful.

We thought we were having a problem with the heating and boiler on Christmas Day, and Samantha and David were very responsive as Host and even came over to look at the problem. Really appreciated their responsiveness, and their help with any questions that we had. The location was perfect for staying near my sister for Christmas, and the coffees, teas, and little milks were a lovely touch for our first couple mornings before we got groceries. Thank you!

This was a big family Xmas getaway. The house is made up of multiple spaces so we had TV on in the living room. Karaoke and games in the games room, music on in the kitchen so you could always find somewhere to hang out. We had 3 generations staying and everyone loved it. We managed to cook for and seat 16 for Xmas lunch. I would highly recommend this accommodation for large gatherings as those staying all fitted in comfortably. The beds were really great. We had a few small issues but the host replied back really quickly, even though over the Xmas period so was really happy about that. The hot tub was fab too.

We had a lovely short trip in Galsgow. A family of 6 we had plenty of space to spread out and with two children, all that we needed was provided. There was even a few books and toys a lovely thoughful addition.

This meant it was the best place to suite all our needs to be able to see our friends. The air b'n'b was plenty big enough for the large group of us, with tables, sofas and outdoor seating enough to accommodate us all which is quite difficult to find in a group property. The beds were all very comfy with lots of space in the bedrooms and it was spotlessly clean. Samantha and her team were great at answering our questions and keeping in touch and very welcoming of our pets too! The general location is a bit of building site but we didn't hear any noise from this at all. the back garden is also quite close to another property and they're clearly quite bored of having large groups by their bedroom windows so do plan your outdoor activities to be done and dusted by 10pm as the advert states but there is plenty of space in the living room for continuing any later celebrations!

We had a family reunion at Elderberry Hall and it was great!  Ages ranged from 1 to 92 years and the property suited everyone, with different spaces to suit different needs. The property and garden areas were really well equipped and the hot tub and sauna proved very popular.  Samantha was a great host, responding to any queries quickly. Well equipped kitchen. Great having 2 bathrooms with option of shower and bath. Location was good for city centre and the Hydro. Quiet area, great for kids.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable for the six of us. We did have a problem with the car park pass and incurred a fine however Samantha has been very responsive regarding this and has assured us we’ll be reimbursed. This didn’t distract from our overall enjoyment of the apartment. The location is superb, a short walk into the city, we were attending a multi venue music event and getting round was so easy. Thank you to Samantha for being responsive during our stay, we would definitely return and highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay. A few small glitches resolved ok. So much to do in Glasgow and able to walk to Science centre and main shopping areas, George Square etc. Local Tesco express ideal and a decent coffee shop all within 200M.
